Hurricane Harvey Relief: TDSD Lends a Hand

Unfortunately, as were were going through our first week of school, our fellow community in Houston was suffering through a terrible ordeal.  We were humbled and proud by the community wide effort across the Dallas Jewish community to mobilize and help the Houston community.  The Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, along with a large group of Jewish organizations in Dallas, arranged a massive aid effort that is currently underway.  Last week, TDSD students pitched in to help with the packing, sorting and loading of food and supplies to support this effort.  Yasher Koach to all that participated.
